Lovell
spent nearly two years in training to become a facilitator and
speaker with Trinidad Hunt. Since that time he and Trin have
collaborated on many programs through Elan Enterprises LLC and the
Elan Learning Institute. Lovell’s success is built on his personal
charisma, flexibility and his terrific sense of humor. However,
Lovell
is most known for his love of people and his ability to lead others
to rekindle the spark of their own magnificence.
Presently,
Lovell is a full-time trainer and program developer for the Level II
treatment curriculum for the U.S. Army. In addition, he has designed
and trained sessions on stress, burnout, relationships and
self-esteem.
Lovell
D. Harris has mastered two career fields in the U.S. Navy. He was
elected Sailor of the Year twice and the best Drug and Alcohol
Counselor in the nation with the U.S. Military. He offers in-depth
experience in the area of drug and alcohol abuse, program development
and training, and has counseled thousands of people in out-patient
after care programs. He was also the recipient of the Olo Pono Award
for his work with drug and alcohol abuse in the year 2000.
Lovell’s
outreach has extended to the schools as well as Koolau Boys Detention
Center in special programs designed by Elan Enterprises and training
at the Halawa State Prison. In the community, Lovell is extremely
active in counseling and mediating with individuals, couples and
groups.
